This version of Goodell's A School Grammar of Attic Greek is built in Drupal and replaces an earlier HTML version published by DCC in 2015. The HTML version was created in 2013–2015 with support from the Roberts Fund for Classical Studies and the Mellon Fund for Digital Humanities at Dickinson College. Bruce Robertson of Mount Allison University performed the OCR using Rigaudon, from the original scan on the Internet Archive. The raw output is available on Lace. At Dickinson Christina Errico edited the OCR output and created the XML and HTML pages. Ryan Burke created the web interface. Meagan Ayer carried out a thorough editing, proofreading, and reformatting of the HTML pages (see below).

In preparing this digital version we have aimed to provide an easily navigated and referenced version of Goodell's work. The following changes have been made:
- Some information which Goodell chose to present in paragraph or list form is presented here in tables (for example, see 108). JPEGs of the original pages have been provided at the bottom of each page for comparison.
- In places, the archaic English spelling and phrasing has been updated to modern usage.
- Citations in Goodell's text have been brought in line with current OCT and Loeb Library editions. Examples are cited using the full title of the ancient text, usually in English, with the author's name generally abbreviated.
- One exception to this arrangement is the citation of examples from Menander. Goodell's grammar was originally published in 1902, prior to the rediscovery of large portions of Menander's works, and was largely based on quotations of Menander in other sources. Consequently, Goodell cited his examples for Menander by author name only. Quotations here from Menander are cited using Meineke's Fragmenta Comicorum Graecorum (1839-1857), a work which would have been available to Goodell and might possibly be the source of some of his examples.
Apart from these changes, editing consisted of correcting transcription errors resulting from the OCR and the occasional misprint from the original text. Any questions, comments or corrections for this work may be sent to dickinsoncommentaries@gmail.com.
