Niobe standing in a naiskos

Niobe stands inside a smalle temple. She is dressed in a peplos with himation wrapped around her shoulders and covering her head. The temple is depicted by four Ionic columns and a low roofline decorated by antefixes at the corners. To the left, outside the temple stands an old man wearing ankle length robes and a diadem. he is supported by a younger man dresses in a cal-length tunic and cloak.

Niobid Krater

Artemis (center), dressed in a peploswwith hair drawn into a a bun and covered, draws an arrow from a quiver on her back with her right hand, holding her bow outstretched in her left. Apollo (right) knocks an arrow to his bow in his left hand, arrow in his right. He is nude and his quiver is slung across his body on his left hip. A cloak is wrapped around his left arm. At their feet a woman and man lay peirced by arrows. To the left of Artemis another young kneels, pierced by an arrow.

Death of Actaeon red-figure nestoris

Actaeon, in mid-transformation, is surrounded by his 6 dogs, three of which are already attacking. He has sprouted the ears and antlers of a stag; his word is raised behind his head in his right hand. He is nude except for a cloak secured by a round broach at the neck. He has wrapped his it around his left arm, perhaps in defense. He is bleeding from bites to each leg and one on his torso. Artemis stands at the far left, almost out of frame

Artemis and Actaeon red-figure belly amphora

Artemis stands facing right, left arm outstretched holding her bow and an unnocked arrow. She is facing Actaeon who is on his knees, left arm outstretched toward her. He is nude except for an animal skin cloak, perhaps a deer, the head of which lays on top of his. Three dogs are attacking him as a fourth prepares to lunge.

Oedipus and the Sphinx Kylix

A bearded Oedipus, dressed in a traveler's hat and cloak sits on a rock, left. His legs and arms are crossed, his chin resting on the back of his left hand. A sword or walking stick rests against his legs. He stares at the Sphinx, right, who sits on a short pillar. Her(?) wings are swept back against her cat body and slightly raised. She wears a crown or diadem on her head. A circular meander encloses the scene.
