ἄπαγε: "go away!" (idiomatic intransitive use of ἀπάγω).

ῥᾷστά: "(these are) very easy things."

ὦ οὗτος: "you there" (for the nom. οὗτος as a casual form of address, see S. 1288a).

ναύτης δ’ ἂν...ἐν καιρῷ γένοιο: "you might turn out useful as a sailor..." (Montanari, καιρός D: καιρὸς γίγνεσθαί τινι "turn out useful for someone").

οὑτοσί: "this man here" (deictic iota indicating proximity in place or thought: see S. 1240 and 333g).

τὸ μέγιστον: "at the most" (for acc. of respect, see S. 1600b).

ἔχε λαβών: "go ahead and take (him)." This periphrastic construction of ἔχω +aor. part. is equivalent to a perfect and emphasizes the permanence of the result (S. 1963).

καὶ γάρ: "for in fact" (for the explanatory force of καὶ γάρ, see S. 2814).

ἄσμενοι ἀπαλλαξόμεθα: "we will gladly be rid of (him).” ἀπαλλάσσω in the mid/pass. means "be released from a thing (+gen.)," i.e. be rid of something. ἄσμενοι is a predicate adjective functioning effectively as an adverb (S. 1043).
